The Air Jordan 11 “DMP” is reimagined as the Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” for Holiday 2023.
However, unlike the 2006 version, the “Gratitude” Air Jordan 11 features an all-leather upper instead of the AJ11’s traditional ballistic mesh construction.
In 2006, Jordan Brand released its “Defining Moments Pack” which included the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 11 to celebrate the sneakers worn in MJ’s first championships from each of his three-peats (AJ6 – 1991; AJ11 – 1996).
The brand’s first-ever two-shoe drop created a commotion like no other. Retailing at $295, the Air Jordan “DMP” tandem was a collector’s dream with its special packaging, golden dog tags, and limited availability. In addition to its obvious lure, the black & gold color scheme of the Air Jordan 6/11 “DMP” delivered a sense of luxury that further justified the nearly-$300 release.
