Patta has unveiled its New Balance 991v2 via official marketing material. The latest joint-effort from the European label and North American institution imagines the New Balance 991’s sequel in eye-catching “Pickle Beet” and “Sea Moss” color schemes. By comparison, Patta’s first take on the Made in UK silhouette’s predecessor from 2021 favored muted hits of pink and brown.

According to the Dutch imprint, its NB 991v2 “pays homage to the original silhouette while embracing the thrill of innovation. To this front, the sneaker’s nubuck, leather, and mesh upper receive a refreshing color update. FuelCell-infused sole units follow suit, bringing New Balance’s marquee foam to the forefront. A “Metallic Silver” badge on the tongue features co-branding, cementing the growing partnership within the record books.

Patta’s “Sea Moss” pair will launch exclusively through Patta chapter stores and online (patta.nl) on December 1st (1pm CET/7am EST). The “Pickled Beet” style will see a wider, global launch on both December 1st and December 8th (newbalance.com and select retailers around the world).
